manufacturer, has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY2025-26). The company has reported a strong performance, underpinned by significant revenue growth,
operational efficiency, and robust demand.
Key Financial Highlights (Q1 FY2025-26):
- Revenue: ₹ 2322 crore, up 22% YoY
- EBITDA: ₹ 357 crore, up 35% YoY
- Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹ 287 crore up 54% YoY
- Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹185 crore up 55% YoY
- Total Debt: Nil
Operational Highlights: - Domestic sales volume grew by 26%, fuelled by robust demand across the flagship models
– Urbania, Traveller and Trax. - The company currently maintains a zero-debt position, reflecting its prudent and disciplined
financial management.
