Primavers Develops Cloud-Based Work Intelligence and Task Management Platform Powered by AI
Pune, October 12: Primavers, a Pune-based company providing engineering services globally to the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector, has launched OpVyap, a cloud-based work intelligence and task management platform designed to provide organisations with a real-time overview of their operations and financial performance.
The platform enables private, government, semi-government and non-profit organisations to monitor projects, employee productivity, resource utilisation, operational efficiency and financial performance round the clock. This was announced by Yogesh Desai, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Primavers, at a press conference on Monday. Jyoti Desai, Co-founder of Primavers, was also present.
OpVyap was developed based on Primavers’ experience working with companies in North America, the United Kingdom, Mauritius and Australia. One of the key challenges faced by growing organisations is the lack of a consolidated, up-to-date view of project progress, workforce availability, employee performance and financial data. Addressing this need, OpVyap integrates operational tracking, financial dashboards, collaboration tools and AI-powered analytics into a single platform.
Through OpVyap, organisations can monitor the performance of projects, departments, teams and individual employees in real time. Project dashboards provide updates on the current status of projects and key performance indicators. The platform also enables organisations to track time spent on assignments, resource utilisation, productivity and overall performance.
The platform features a dedicated financial dashboard that facilitates analysis of key parameters, including total revenue, expenditure, profits, and revenue and profit per employee. Organisations can customise dashboards according to their specific requirements. In addition, AI-powered insights and recommendations are generated using data available on the platform.
“Businesses today generate large volumes of operational data, but the real challenge lies in using this information to make timely decisions. Through OpVyap, we aim to bring operational and financial information together on a transparent platform. It will help employees understand their performance, enable management to utilise resources more effectively and allow clients to access real-time updates on project progress. The future of work management will not be limited to recording tasks; it must generate actionable insights. OpVyap has been developed with this vision,” said Yogesh Desai, CEO of Primavers.
Ease of use is one of the platform’s key features, with minimal training required for adoption. Employees can fill in their timesheets from anywhere in less than 30 seconds. They can also track their performance and productivity in real time, while organisations gain a transparent overview of their overall operational performance.
The platform also enables clients to view the current status of their projects directly, reducing the need for repeated email requests for updates. Its mobile application provides access to information and essential features for users working remotely or while travelling.
Beyond task and performance management, OpVyap offers several collaboration tools, including a dedicated organisational knowledge centre and chat functionality, along with features designed to support day-to-day business operations.
Primavers aims to address the growing need for effective resource management by developing an AI-powered work intelligence platform. By enhancing transparency, resource utilisation, decision-making and project visibility, OpVyap seeks to create value for employees, employers and clients alike.
